Tara began her singing career aged nine, as a founder member of the City of Birmingham Symphony Youth Chorus. Aged 14 she started training with the National Youth Music Theatre of Great Britain. Jamie was born and raised in Bolton. He has trained since the age of 12 as a singer, undergoing graded singing exams and is now qualified to Grade 8 (Trinity Guildhall, London) enabling him to teach singing. I am very well versed in all the techniques used in today’s contemporary singing styles - pop, rock, soul, jazz and urban – and have a good understanding of melodies and harmonies. I have also gained much experience in the techniques singers use for live performance and recording, and have myself recorded in some of the top studios in London.

I can offer not only vocal techniques but give appropriate advice and guidance from a point of experience to singers, whether they feel a career in the music industry is for them or they are just looking to sing for enjoyment.

I originally trained in classical singing at XingHai Conservatoire of Music in China, where I graduated with a first class BA(Hons) in Music Performance (singing). I have also studied at Central School of Speech and Drama in London, where I received a MA with distinction in Music Theatre. Amongst my musical theatre credits, I have performed in Avenue Q in the West End (Noël Coward and Gielgud theatres) and A Chorus Line at the Lowry theatre in Manchester. Hannah Northedge who grew up in Leicester and Australia began singing professionally 17 years ago. She was encouraged by her mother also a professional singer. She trained classically before discovering that her voice was incredibly suited to jazz and country rock. She has studied under the expert tutelage of Kim Chandler, Dane Chalfin, Mary Hammond (The Royal Academy of Music), Evelyn Dowling (Dublin), Dinah Harris and international jazz singer Tina May. Helena was born in County Durham and showed a passion for singing from a very early age, performing in public from the age of thirteen. She had the opportunity to turn professional at the age of sixteen, however she declined thinking that she was too young. She went on to take singing and dance lessons and became a professional singer at the age of twenty four working extensively throughout the UK performing mainly as a solo artist. At one point Helena worked in a duo with a brilliant session guitarist called Tony Deere. Tony's expertise on the guitar had a positive influence on her development as a singer.
Over the years Helena has written and recorded a lot of her own material which has received quite a bit of airplay. Helena is a highly versatile singer and has worked as a session singer recording songs penned by writers from the UK and beyond. The session work included anything from musical theatre to pop and everything in between. She began to study vocal theory several years ago which led to her becoming a vocal coach in 2002.

Tony Henry was born in St Albans in Hertfordshire. At 18 years old he moved to London to study dance with the Rambert School of Ballet. Tony graduated in 1984 and joined Starlight Express at the Apollo Theatre Victoria in 1985. After performing leading roles in Starlight, over a 5 year period, Tony went on to perform the role of John in Miss Saigon. Not one for being idle Tony studied and joined the stunt register in 1987, but quickly discovered this wasn’t a career path he wished to pursue and performed his last stunt in 1990. more....

Angela is niece to the late film and variety artist George Formby. Her first stage appearance was at the tender age of 3 with her father, who was also a variety artist, comedian and dancer. After several stage appearances into her teenage years, she began working in a recording studio and trained as a sound engineer. Gemma is a  contemporary singer/songwriter and has been performing throughout Birmingham over the past 10 years. She teaches lessons in a fully equipped Studio/Office. She has performed many genres of music with a live band, which reflects my passion for live music. At the start of her musical career as a classically trained singer, she performed at many Operatic and Classical concerts singing lead and as part of a chorus. As her talent progressed so did her ear for music and she began to experiment with RnB and Soul. Her voice blended beautifully with many of the songs of this genre and soon she realised where her true musical passions lay. She started song writing from a young age and developed her talent by writing for many producers and achieving fantastic results.
