Yvonne is a professional singer with a wealth of experience, covering various styles including, Rock, Blues, Jazz and Musical Theatre.

She has toured extensively at venues in and around the country and is currently involved in a working melodic rock band.

1986-1990 Performing at various venues around the Hampshire/Sussex/Kent/London regions including Blues Festivals, Clubs and Theatre’s with my own band, and as a guest of other outfits.

1991 Musical Mrs Johnson, Blood Brothers, Unity Theatre, Liverpool

1992 Showcase Performing and singing African women’s poetry and setting the poems to music, The Playhouse Theatre, Liverpool.

1992 Pantomime Nanny in Rocking’ Robin and the Babes in the wood, Neptune Theatre, Liverpool

1995-1999 Theatre in Education Self devised/improvised Theatre and musical workshops with the aim of increasing self awareness, confidence, ability and empowerment of targets. Merseyside and surrounding areas.

1992-1999 Performed own material with new band including Regular performances at the following venues:

Alexander’s Jazz Theatre, Chester; Burnley Blues Festival, 3 years running. Toured extensively around the region including the following venues: Glossop Blues Club, The Cavern Club, Liverpool;. Heebie-jeebies, Jazz and Blues venue, Liverpool; The Grange Country Club, Thornton Hough, the Wirral; Burnley Mechanics main stage supporting, King Pleasure and the Biscuit Boys, Burnley.

2000 to present day:

Fronting own Rock band writing own material and also guesting with the Jalapeño’s, a talented trio of local musicians who perform at various venues around the country.
